Bringing Agnes Break to life has been a journey we’ve poured our hearts into, and now we’re thrilled to share it with you. This isn’t just another holiday rental—it’s a home designed with purpose, a space created to reflect the laid-back, sun-drenched lifestyle of Agnes Water. It’s where you can step away from the hustle of everyday life and embrace the rhythm of the waves, the beauty of the bush, and the simple pleasures of a beachside escape.

From the very beginning, we wanted Agnes Break to be more than just a place to stay. We dreamed of creating a retreat that feels like an extension of its stunning surroundings, where the natural beauty of the coast flows seamlessly into every room. A Warm Welcome: Coastal Style Meets Comfort

From the moment you walk through the front door, you’re greeted by a space that feels light, fresh, and inviting. The open-plan living area is the heart of the home, filled with natural light and styled in soft neutrals that reflect the sand, sea, and sky of Agnes Water.

The lounge area is relaxed and welcoming, featuring a large L-shaped sofa that practically begs you to kick back and put your feet up. Whether you’re streaming a movie on the smart TV or chatting about the day’s adventures, it’s a space designed to bring people together while still giving you room to unwind.

Flowing seamlessly from the living area is the dining space and kitchen. We wanted this part of the home to feel like the centre of activity—a space where meals are shared, plans are made, and stories are told. The dining table is perfectly positioned for everything from quick breakfasts to lingering dinners, while the kitchen is fully equipped for any culinary adventure.

The clean white cabinetry keep the space bright and cheerful, while modern appliances, a Nespresso machine, and generous bench space make cooking a pleasure, not a chore. Whether you’re whipping up a fresh seafood feast or just preparing snacks for a day at the beach, the kitchen is ready for whatever you need.

Upstairs Retreats: Light-Filled Bedrooms

Head upstairs, and you’ll find two king-sized bedrooms that feel like sanctuaries. These rooms were designed with relaxation in mind, combining natural light with soft textures and warm tones to create spaces that feel calm and restorative.

The beds are dressed in high-quality linens, with layered cushions and throws that bring in earthy, coastal-inspired tones. We’ve kept the styling minimal yet thoughtful, with touches like woven bedside tables and subtle artwork to tie everything together. Large windows let in plenty of natural light and invite the cool ocean breeze, ensuring the rooms feel airy and comfortable, no matter the season.

Downstairs: Privacy and Space for Everyone

The downstairs area is where Agnes Break truly shines in its ability to cater to everyone. The third bedroom, with its queen-sized bed tucked beneath the staircase, feels like a private little hideaway. It’s a cosy, peaceful space that’s perfect for guests who want their own retreat.

This level also features a second living area, which opens directly onto the backyard through sliding glass doors. We love how this space feels connected to the outdoors, with soft light filtering in and the greenery of the yard just steps away. It’s the perfect spot for older kids to hang out, for a quiet movie night, or even just for curling up with a good book.

We’ve furnished the balcony with an inviting outdoor lounge where you can enjoy your morning coffee while listening to the sounds of nature. A dining table and barbecue make it ideal for long, relaxed meals, while a ceiling fan keeps things breezy on warm afternoons. It’s a space made for connection—whether you’re sharing a laugh with friends, watching the sunset, or simply soaking up the coastal air.

The backyard is just as inviting. Fully fenced and bordered by lush greenery, it’s a safe haven for kids and pets. The space feels private yet connected to the natural world, with a gate that leads straight to the main point break just 400 metres away. For surfers, we’ve included a rack of complimentary foam boards, making it easy to grab your gear and head for the waves.
